1/ BTW, if you haven't seen it yet, I will recommend The Substance. Warning there is a LOT of body horror (think "The Thing"), but it is an effective and absolutely savage takedown of cultural youth and beauty obsession, the entertainment, health, and fashion industries, and celebrity culture.

Say what you will about Tron: Ares' story, but it is an absolute visual feast, the music is spot on, and maybe just sit back and enjoy it without nitpicking too hard. It is solid enjoyment for what it is. Enjoy the spectacle, because it is a gorgeous spectacle.
