I need to understand the psychology behind buyers. If I see a pair of heels I like (BRAND NEW) for $20, I think, Oooh, $20 shoes. Other people ask if it is negotiable. Technically, it is. You can pay me $20, or buy the same shoes in the same condition from Am*zon for $44.
