It’s been 3 months since my leaving post and I’ve had time to process a lot of feelings! Thank you for how you rallied around and supported me. I’m blessed to have such a great support network irl and online (plus some good ol’ therapy). I miss this space and I’ve decided I feel ready to come back ❤️

To pop back in to speak to this from Bean. I have been in floods of tears over the overwhelming support being shown. It has been months of worrying, stress and removing myself from spaces I once felt safe in out of abject fear. Thank you to everyone who has heard me and made me feel seen. Truly.

There is no if and/or buts. I was there when this happened. We made it very clear that we would be drinking. We respected his choice to remain sober. He was the ONLY sober one. Consent CANNOT be given when one is DRUNK/INEBRIATED. She was UNABLE to say NO or STOP.

Had a dream this morning that all the events of the last 48 hours weren’t real.
Nothing had happened and everything was as it was.
Genuinely felt so real as well.

Briefly popping back on here to say an immense thank you to all of the people who have sent birthday wishes and gifted me things on throne today. I have never felt such an abundance of love on a birthday before and I'd be lying if I said I haven't had a little cry over it. So thankful ❤️
