I am going to attempt to show all my steps while I learn to make and use #tallow
Wish me luck 🤣 I put about 6lbs of suet (called that for the shape it was ground into, like bird suet) added enough water to reach the top of the beef fat and a good shake of salt. (More than I would add to pasta water)
