Got prep work and precooking done for tomorrow's Friendsgiving / #AEW Full Gear party. 🍽️
A sirloin tip roast and two rump roasts with Montreal steak seasoning dry rub, prepared to go in the smoker. Smoked Cheez Its with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Smoked Triscuits with cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Sockeye salmon in a brown sugar / kosher salt brine. Ready for hot smoking tomorrow! A gallon bag of trimmed and cleaned brussel sprouts.

21 hours in the smoker at 225, a couple of pork butts became a wonderful pulled pork dinner with my wife, kids, and in-laws. 🍽️
A few hours into an epic journey of smoking. Around hour 15 of 21, the pork looks more like the finished product. The plate. Pulled pork, homemade macaroni and cheese with green chilis, coleslaw, and a buttermilk roll.
