I am fortunate to have someone sending me his company's old Thinkpad computers for recycling. This lady does exactly what I do with them since a 7 year old computer on #linux blows away newer on Windows in repair-ability, speed, and flexibility.

I'm remembering my Uni Economics courses. Simply put Flat Tax. Philanthropy should NEVER reduce taxes paid. They are your responsibility to society. Your Philanthropy is raising the tax rate on the poor and starving them to death.
