Down here, I dodge little signs saying that a specific yard has been sprayed for grubs. Dead zones of green grass. Mine is just as green, no spray, and yesterday I walked out and was bombed by five species of Butterfly and rather a few Dragonflies. I think I will keep not spraying the yard.

What do you do when you are used to training with a support team and the team is gone? I am not suited to sitting on the couch so I am definitely looking for alternate activities, you don't get a resting HR in the low 50s doing that!
