But Rob remembered that today is the Bear’s Boardgames day and decided we should go (we had talked about it previously and I thought we’d put it off till next month).

I woke up feeling groggy, unrested, and really didn't want to get out of bed let alone go to the gym. Forced myself to go and decided to have an easy day and try out some machines I haven't used before.. I wouldn't call it a stellar workout but it's done.
