The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation (RAK) is a nonprofit with a mission of making kindness the norm.
From February 15-21, we’re celebrating Love Out Loud with simple, human ways to practice kindness each day. This slideshow walks through the heart of the week: the science behind kindness and the daily prompts that invite us to slow down, notice one another, and show care in ways that feel real.

We’re taking a moment to reflect on the idea that kindness begins within. 💛

Maybe that looked like giving yourself a little more grace, setting a boundary, slowing down, or noticing your own effort instead of brushing it off. Let’s carry that gentler approach with us into the month ahead.
