Fallout 3 was my first fallout ; imagine my sheer disappointment when all that the brotherhood was turning into was eviscerated in 4 because fans were upset that this isn't the power hungry, tech hoarding wastelander hating holier than thou isolationists.

We do have a long history of how internet spaces and the companies that run them often have _very_ nebulous or even malicious definitions of adult content. This includes even LGBT content that doesn't feature anything remotely adult. If people are wary, this is why -- its not without precedent.

I understand that this is kind of their 'thing', but I just wish they'd make gear drops be meaningful rather than trying to QoL a self-made problem. I loved Strangers of Paradise, but gosh I'd rather skip the finagling of QoL to ignore/dismantle loot.

I mean I feel this and I think you're valid, but at the same time, I guess what do you define as 'your space', because Bluesky or Twitch is a public space for people who like to watch you, so they're already in your space, no?

So, so many hugs.

I would have loved if it stuck to trying to be a fanfic because all the weird new takes are more exciting if it stopped trying to shoehorn silent hill 2. Gimme the wacky cult ideas they are throwing in over the insane L's of misportraying everything in silent hill 2!

My biggest thing with ellipsus is that it only supports markdown. That's fine if I don't need anything fancy, but I want headers and designs and much better formatting than just 'bigger letter headers'.
I have a copy of ms Word 2010 that I have for life and paid 100 bucks for that I'll never give up

I would love to hear the song be your brain worm again and sing it every round in armello.

Oh that's why I'm so strongly drawn to your art! It makes so much sense.

It has done the joy of making it so that traveling the world isn't boring (it's basically a metroidvania) and building your party and changing it up across the game is so key to winning fights as you go through tiers of play. And the moment to moment game play makes you think on what to do each turn

Some thoughts here echo what I feel about traditional jrpgs. think it might be worth looking into a game called Crystal Project, which I think is one of the best examples of semi traditional jrpg and is one of my top 10 games of all time. World traversal is great, combat system never bored me once.

In yesterday's ttrpg our baby party tasted loss for the first time. It sucks to be robbed by bandits, but we learned that there's a greater conspiracy because of it, and each person in the group has to wrestle with bruised egos, desperation, and how much we cared to toss hold for each other. Aces!

If you have that much love for someone, and that someone is special to you, they will be happy to hear it.

I know it's a 5 month old comment but wanted to say this was drilled into me once and I was sparse with saying it. I regretted it a lot.

Now I have broken down every single barrier and say it so often and my partner tells me that he never gets tired of hearing it. Don't dam your love. Let it flow!

IMO You can rephrase it to "If you feel like it, I'd love to see you there." so it's more dependent on how the person feels, but showing enthusiasm for them if they did. For many, the enthusiasm makes the consideration matter more because the thought is: If someone isn't excited to see them, why go?

People with trauma histories often interpret neutral cues as negative.
"You can come if you want." sounds to them like the person doesn't actually want them to come.
Affirming that you want them there helps remove any doubts.

Reposting old articles that have no source or have a dubious source or have outright been debunked, reactionary behavior. I think flooding the room with misinfo/disinfo is going to do a lot more harm than good.
