been trying to get hired as an editor, turns out i get really depressed when i have to do something other than youtube... sad!

bit amazing how even if I was stressed my life felt so much better when I was locked into YouTube but when I so much as listen to my dad and try to follow a career I get just as stressed out as I was for most of my life lol

was suffering from a case of sunk cost fallacy with the current video but I've decided I'm not feeling it and I'll just move on to the next one, that's a lot of time and effort on a more than half finished video wasted but oh well better than being stuck doing nothing

i've been using davinci resolve lately (since i've been doing gigs so i need something more professional for that) and i'm actually enjoying it a lot. it's just shiny syndrome but it's actually so much fun editing in a new app (which is why i should maybe focus on constantly learning new things)
