Thank you to everyone who called, emailed and showed up to the BPS board meeting last night!
The majority of those who spoke were against the proposed changes.
Unfortunately, we knew the unanimous results were a foregone conclusion, but we have to keep speaking out to hold entities accountable.

LB655 would allow healthcare providers and insurance to deny care or coverage based on a "sincerely held" belief. LGBTQ+ people, women, and people of color are the patients unfairly targeted by this type of policy.

We are a Non-Profit that formed after our families were introduced to each other during the 108th biennium in 2023. Our mission is to educate Nebraska parents of Queer kids about policies and political activity in our state and to make Nebraska a more inclusive state for the LGBTQ+
