Less than 1 month until my neck surgery. I've never had any surgery, and I'm nervous. Recovery seems scary, and then I have to start my life again. Find a job that I can do with my new body. I'm afraid that I can't do it all again. Can anyone relate? #injury #surgery #chronicpain #workerscomp #ouch

I dreamt my mom was alive, and I hadn't spoken to her since I was a teen. In reality, she's been dead. The whole dream I felt guilty about not staying connected. When I woke up, I didn't remember she's actually gone. Still feel guilty, too. #grieving #dreams #mentalhealthawareness #ripmom #dream
