The mass IT layoffs send a clear message: workers don’t matter. Companies prioritize short-term profits, bonuses, and shareholder value over employee well-being. It’s class warfare against IT’s empowered middle class, flooding the market to lower wages & silencing dissent through fear. #ClassWarfare
