Holy shit, episode 7 of #ParadiseHulu is truly one of the best hours of television I’ve EVER watched. Hats off to Fogelman & the writers, and such brilliant roles for Sterling K. Brown and James Marsden.

I got an F on a poem because the teacher said it was “inexplicably good” and I “wasn’t that smart,” so I must have cheated. I was really proud of that poem.

Y’all, that post-surgery OC rewatch was a bad idea. Between the fall of democracy and the death of Marissa Cooper (and not being able to move…), I want to crawl under a rock. Please suggest something fun or at least not depressing AF!

Do I have any fantasy-writing mutuals? I have a talented 13yo nephew who’s started writing fantasy, and I was hoping I could hire someone to give him some guidance/point jim toward further learning? Fantasy is not my genre, so I don’t want to steer him wrong!

So many homes and places that have meant so much in my life - in so many lives - are just GONE. The latest fire has evacuated the house we sold in 2021, where my kids learned to ride their bikes. Where we hunkered down during the pandemic. I can’t fathom any of it. I 💜 you, LA.

Gute is a wonderful guy to work with and has such a deep of his neighborhood. I’m not at all surprised to see him staying and helping, though I hope he (and everyone else) is safe tonight.

My neat new ADHD tax is that I keep throwing out the tops to things right after I open them. Butter, cream cheese, pickles. Got a lot of foil tops in the fridge right now.

When I first held my sweet babies in my arms, I had no idea 7 short years later I’d spend my Saturdays using a magic eraser to wipe their boogers off the walls.

Just finished the whole four seasons and I stand behind the statement that #FromMGMPlus is the best show you’re not watching. A little bit Lost, a little bit Fringe (with some horror thrown in), I can’t wait til next season.
