Our story about #HerneHillCarnegie was premature!

A kind follower has updated us with photos

Library, community hub, cafe, garden, classes and more.
Congratulations everyone - heritage is a living dynamic.

Logistics of two simultaneous referendums on this island:
- voting ages may differ
- votes by migrants, emigrants, asylum seekers, (other) EU citizens
- referendum laws, protocols, rules
- campaign finance rules
- govt funding rules
- media culture and rules etc.

#DonegallRoadCarnegie one of 66 across Ireland, eight in NI, three in Belfast.
As described by Brendan Grimes in his masterful book ‘The Irish Carnegies’ tracking them all diligently.
He notes the philanthropic funding, architecture, setting, plans and even heating arrangements!
