we didn't get to last year because we only got 2 submissions all year, but they are still open if anyone wants to... y'know... think about it

"Local author" was a bit hard to make a rec list for...
So I'll probably just make a blog post like "Hey, we made a map of indie authors to help folks meet this particular prompt, and hopefully it helps!"
