Toonboom is great! It is my baby. It knows that if it misbehaves, I'll go to my secret Clip Studio license I bought years ago for future starving artist eras. So far, Toonboom has obeyed.
Jokes aside, I'm not the best to ask. Toonboom, TVPaint, and Clip are all great industry programs.

I don't know the specifics, but we are limited mostly to companies that are American, so that kicks TVPaint and Clip Studio right off the list, leaving us with Harmony. I looooove Harmony, but the cost is a little hard to justify to admin and students.

Haha! Guess I will not be proposing an animation class for my college. Adobe Animate was the best compromise to teach students how to animate in an industry standard software, while still being affordable to the college. Really strange behavior Adobe.

If I do the full loop, it's 25. The original idea cropped the loop to about 10 bodies, which is what I have rough animated already. Depends on my patience haha
