Five Nights at Freddy’s 2: I went in with some mid expectations and still walked out quite impressed. The acting is great, the interactions between all of the characters work so effortlessly. Matthew Lillard still stands out as William Afton, knowing how to carry himself as a killer, his history

MY FIRST UNTITLED by DIRTYBUTT:
This is a really fun set of hyperpop songs in the lane of other albums like ‘1,000 gecs’. Big 808s carry most of the beat with some trap hi-hats to keep a rhythm and flow going on each song. If you’ve come for a lyrical

Lacey’s Flash Games(Demo): Yes, I’m reviewing a demo for a game that doesn’t drop until next year. This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever played. It is pretty much what it says on the cover, a game translation of Lacey’s Games with more content somehow.

Mickey 17(dir. Bong Joon Ho): This was amazing. I generally knew what U was getting into with clones and being in space, but I did not expect the plot to go how it did. This is a great film about the morality and philosophy of making clones of dead people. Robert Pattinson is continuing to prove and

Breach by Twenty Øne Pilots: The fourth act of the Trench is here, and it sounds pretty good. TØP once again proves that they can continue to make great music. This album makes a really great example of a balance of alt-rock. Never too heavy, but it’s never light either. That does lead to the major

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: I don’t understand why people hate this movie. Everything about is so good. The acting is on point for the whole movie, Michael Cera as Scott Pilgrim is an absolute genius choice. The visual effects are absolutely amazing, and star almost as heavily as the actors.

What No One’s Thinking by AJR: Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I don’t understand how these fuckers are the face of indie pop. Continuing with their previous albums they’re 30 somethings singing like they’re still 17. Lyrically it’s so egotistical and boring, Adam just sings about himself the whole time, but in

Near the end of year. Probably mid-December, I will make a post recapping my favorite music from this year. Potentially worst, but we will see.

The Amazing Digital Circus review coming when the show is all the way over.

FNAF 1 REMAKE: Holy shit. I’m a little late to this one(as always), but I really don’t care. Coming back to anything FNAF in a good while, this was very nice. The gameplay is close enough to original FNAF 1 that anyone who’s even seen gameplay can pick it up easily. There’s a few changes, but it

Vanisher, Horizon Scraper by Quadeca: Album Of The Year. 10/10.

WHERE IS MY HEAD? by Rich Brian: This was such a sonic smack to the face. I wasn’t ready for what would happen in the slightest. It’s been 6 whole years since Rich Brian’s last album ‘The Sailor’. The amount of growth is absolutely spectacular. The use of acoustic sounds across this project is

HYPERYOUTH by Joey Valence and Brae: WASSUP WASSUP! This crushed all of my expectations, and they were already pretty high after ‘NO HANDS’. We get a mix of some absolute crazy bangers and deep tracks about wanting to be young again. The title fits the feeling of this album through and through.

Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You by Ethel Cain: To start this off: I am not familiar with the actual lore of Ethel Cain’s albums, specifically this and ‘Preacher’s Daughter’. This album is a prequel to the story between Ethel and the namesake of the album, Willoughby Tucker. I will not be

Happy Gilmore 2: I really did not expect this to be good whatsoever, but I ended up liking it a lot. Adam Sandler hits his stride as he returns to being Happy Gilmore. Having a decent chunk of the movie be based in callbacks to the first movie definitely helps. All of the characters played their

Dopamine by BØRNS: Whoa. This is pretty good. BØRNS’ voice is damn near angelic top to bottom on this album. He brings his instrumental skills as well, and everything comes together to make the best of mid-2010s pop. It’s a psychedelic feeling that not many can capture. To add, everyone has heard

Thank you, God. For it all. by Childish Major: A little disappointing, but I don’t know what I really expected. We’ve got some auto-tuned vocals on most of the songs, good lyrics, some generic trap beats, and great features. This doesn’t really stand out from other albums like it. It’s nice and

Pink Tape by Lil Uzi Vert: Holy crap. There’s a lot to say. First: this is much to. It’s 90 minutes long, and it is a boring 90 minutes as well. The only high points in this album are features from Bring Me The Horizon and BABYMETAL, and everything else is either boring, just ok, or bad.

BOMINATION by ISSBROKIE: BROKIE comes back with a short, yet varied album filled with the expected attitude and emotion across each song. Banger after banger for most of the album. The intro track definitely doesn’t leave a great taste, but that switches up on the first full actual song.

Laugh Tracks by Knocked Loose: Metal. That’s most of what there is to say about this album. It’s cookie cutter. Knocked Loose does what they know works, but they do it well. While this album bored me by the end due to its repetition. If you like plain metal, you’ll enjoy this. Overall. 5/10.

Yes! We’re Open! by Carmel Lombardi: This is my first experience with something that is purely folksy. This album is laced with soft sounds of lightly strummed guitars and a soft alto voice. ‘Yes! We’re Open!’ is filled with love and heartbreak fueled lyrics on almost every song. I adored stumbling

TRUST CEREMONY by Jhariah: Unpredictable. Jhariah breaks molds all across this project. Things that I didn’t even consider. On the very first track, ‘TOOTH PACT’ the listener is greeted with a rock x big band/jazz fusion, which keeps coming back up, and each time it’s mind blowing.
