Saw Steve Coogan in Dr Strangelove over the weekend, it was good fun and well adapted, highly recommend checking it out if you can.

Birthday this year was a bit shit, but life is busy enough right now that I'm just ignoring it and rolling on.

I think one my resolutions for this year should be to learn to let go of things. I'm a classic over thinker, and many unhelpful things live in my head at all times. So this year I'm going to endeavour to get better at moving on.

Particularly as I begin to put myself out there and meet new folks.

Not everyday is a good one, but what can we do but keep going?

So I've actually started working out and eating healthier recently after years of depression. I think I might actually be improving and if I can keep it up I might even start to like my body again, or at least not detest it

Genuinely one of the few regular bright sparks of joy on that place was seeing these over the years :)

Well I've finally made the jump to greener, or bluer pastures. I'm hoping to be more active on here than at the last place :)
