Happy Fibonacci Day! In Fibonacci sequences, each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers. That's why 11/23 (1,1,2,3 is a Fibonacci sequence) is Fibonacci Day!

Happy Fibonacci Day! In Fibonacci sequences, each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers. That's why 11/23 (1,1,2,3 is a Fibonacci sequence) is Fibonacci Day!

The socks have heels! An unholy mashup of a couple heel recipes- I did the centimeter of plain knitting Norman recommends before starting short rows, but NOT German s.r., instead I did the divide it in third, w&ts but didn't pick up the wraps approach. I like the stripe it leaves! 🧶 #knitting

Okay. Fine. As Elizabeth Zimmerman exhorted us, I will "knit on with confidence and hope through all crises", the biggest of which is that my spouse is being laid off 2 days before Thanksgiving. Might add a little swearing to all that hope & confidence. 😒 🧶 Nearly to the heel on these. 🧦
