This is perhaps one of two things that making artists happy upon hearing (second one is “money sent”).

Thank you very much x)

This one is ~2300 x 3000, but it really depends on artwork.
My record is 9890 x 17712, because i wanted to render some stuff badly.

Thus, the more little details the bigger is resolution, though i won't reccomend going past 4000 anyway.

Yet, if there's something you need to know, i'll happily discuss it.

As for process itself - there's nothing particularly useful. The first thing i do is making some simple composition, and then just messing around with rendering and colors, to make it look good by my own standards. There's a little of so called discipline or particular pipeline here for now.

Thank you very much! I loved this design so much i think i got a little bit carried away with rendering, haha.

As for showcasing - i don't really record any timelapses - it's not a one session drawing, so perhaps some process screenshots is all i could do at this moment. And i'll consider that.

Thank you very much! 🤍

I can't name a specific one, but i'm pretty sure that Grzegorz Rutkowski brushes is what you're looking for. As for iridescent effect on scales - regular air-brush with low opacity on dissolve mode layer. Then merge it with empty normal, clipping mask on so it can be painted.
