On May 10th, Pyshney Productions has organized and partook in a workshop on creative burnout💡🎨

The participants learned how to minimalize burnout risks and how to effectively combat its symptoms, while treating it. Long live creativity!

One of the groups presents during an exercise, working with Job Demands-Resources model, displayed on the screen. The model created by the group during the meeting. It lists taking breaks, organizational support, task diversification, better communication as organizational aspects to reducing risks of burnout and physical activity, socialization, healthy lifestyle and doing what you love while keeping it fresh as the personal components. Disclaimer: the model is not scientific and should not be taken as such - it is fruit of an exercise during the workshop.
