Well, doom and gloom aside, shook off the rust to get some writing done. 3k words before I knew it. I recently got a new keyboard, finally in a position to spend a decent amount on a -good- one, and by god! How silly I was not to do this sooner. Seriously, writers, get yourself a nice keyboard!!

Regarding the Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Paypal (etc) situation: There's a post going around that Visa have requested people email them regarding this matter instead of calling them. By all means, do that as well: but don't do that -instead-. Emails are easier to ignore! Calls tie up resources.

The Online Safety Act in the UK is as disruptive as anyone with half a braincell could have told you, but politicians don't like listening to experts, they like making them state their expert opinions before going 'well we disagree with your expert opinions'. Wankery at the highest levels. (cont)
