鍋底淋橄欖油,切一塊義美板豆腐進去,兩條小黃瓜🥒切片,幾片肉片,電子鍋按加熱,熱一陣子後倒入事先泡開的海帶芽和雞蛋。倒數五分鐘加一點豆漿,時間到後加鹽再撒一些芝麻,淋一點芝麻大蒜脆油醬,現在覺得,今天還是該出去散步吧。
