Maybe it's just me but accepting a "deal" from a known liar doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
If they like "firing" so much, make them do it. Going quietly is not adviseable. Let the world see the wrong that they are doing.

Neither diversity, equity nor inclusion are words that suggest negativity, unfairness or hate. Just the opposite.
Is this misunderstanding an indication that vocubulary should be worked on more in private schools because the privileged seem to be havig trouble grasping the meanings.
