Also, I got a bag 'o limes from my daughter, so I attempted ho-made dairy free coconut lime ice cream. I would add less sweetner next time, but it must not be that bad as I stand in the kitchen eating it out of the container.

I found this high protein (32 grams) low carb, instant ramen. Straight out of the package, it's gross and the taste resembles cardboard. But doctored up, it is fabulous!
