Finally the chapter is done!!! I'll be spending the next few days catching up on my backlog of comments, reading some fics, and switching my brain's gears over to The Doctor is On Conch~ I imagine I'll be focused on that fic for a while ^^

Apologies for not meeting the expected deadline, the next chapter of Family Jewels is very easy writing, but my free time has been woefully nonexistent. I think I'm a third done with it? Then reviewing it should be very fast ^^ Again, I give myself a week to finish.

Regarding the next chapter of Family Jewels (the overlap chapter with TDI: On Conch), I started writing it in Sept. 2024 (wild, I know) and finished it shortly thereafter. However, my writing style and knowledge of the characters have changed, so I'm re-writing it all XD

One big pro for writing both Doflamingo and Law is that, when their characters behave similarly, I can give myself the excuse of: "Well they even admitted to being very alike in the manga" ^^

I'm hoping to get the next chapter of Family Jewels out by late next week, then the one following (the slight cross-over) within 7 days of that. After that, I'll be back to 'On Conch' for the foreseeable future ^^

I'm planning on writing 2 more chapters of Family Jewels before switching back to On Conch. These should go a LOT faster. The next chapter is much shorter than the last one and the one after (where the sister fic touches for a bit - as referenced in ch. 23) is 100% drafted ^^

Yeah, disregard this, I'm 3k deep into the gender reveal chapter, and it's coming sooo easily to me. It flows well, I just have write the last 2.5 segments and then flesh it out/ polish. I'm thinking it'll be 4-5k when done and finished in less than a week??
