My theory if it’s true is that it’s because I still have mild scoliosis in my upper back, which you wouldn’t think would be a problem, but it’s caused my hips and shoulders to be unaligned in the past

Yall i did a water print test of my feet today cause my right one has been killing me and I think I have one flat foot and one high arch like wtf?
And looking at custom inserts is like 400-600 dollars ?? 🧍♂️ I just want to not be in pain when I’m on my feet, thanks

next month will make it a year since i commissioned someone for new overlays and while i really love this artist i think im just gonna eat the cost and find someone else :(
