Custom email and a couple of TLDs will be acquired for the site today. All that's left then is a hosting service, a content management of choice and actually building up the site.
Once the email is up, I'll do a call to action, asking about software YOU use that isn't subscription based.

Tried my hand at Hayashi Rice for the first time.
Maybe not the most conventional ingredients that I used for it, considering that it's usually shiitake/button mushrooms and beef. But pork and shimeji + enoki mushrooms certainly did the trick, too!
