Alright, with my cold finally calming down, late 2026 new year resolutions:
- Publish the SoSoft Library website
- Drastically improve my Japanese
- Finish at least one music project

As some of you may be able to tell, I'm starting 2026 loud and angry.
But I'm not mad with any of you. I'm mad at the dumb shit that's happening everywhere. It feels like this is an effective way to push others to keep doing the things they want and love.

Final rant post about all this: I'm motivated more than ever to continue working on the SoSoft Library.
Yes, it's mostly to catalogue digital software that's free or to properly own, but it's at least a middle ground between this subscription crap and all this stupid bullshit we get these days.

Semi related: Japan taught me one thing. A market for physical and tangible things exists, commercially even.
You CAN have businesses that survive off of buying CDs and Hardware IN PERSON. Using HARD CASH to buy it, because some places still are cash only. All while fostering second-hand cultures.

Can't we go back to the time where news for PC(-gaming) were related to fighting to make it a lucrative landscape, one that competes with consoles? T'was a grim time, but it motivated people to do BETTER, not worse. Like, wtf even is this consumer market anymore, besides price-hikes and AI crap?

Last day in Japan.
While there's a ton of wonderful moments and memories to take away from it, this trip sadly hasn't been all flowers 'n roses. Some days were rough.
Definitely will have a lot to think about to make the next time much better, and become a better person, too.
