Normalize seperating leisure time and activism time. It's okay to not be an activist all the time -- it doesn't mean you don't care, it just means you're making sure that you will have the energy to care and make an impact when you can, rather than spiraling because you can't.

Hey guys, I've been having some heart issues lately (I think it's POTS stuff but Imma go to the doctor to be sure) so I might have to put off stream for a little while, or adjust my Ghastly Gala plans for the month. Either reducing the streams or extending the event. Lemme know your thoughts.
