It is horrible that 2 soldiers were shot, but America and it's barbaric gun laws have agreed to accept a horrid amount of gun violence for the moronic ability to carry hand guns and assault rifles, and any attempt to lessen the violence with fascism is moronic when reasonable gun laws would suffice.

The judge did trump a big favor in the Comey and James case by dismissing both cases for an unconstitutionally appointed prosecutor, and not both dismissed as malicious prosecutions.

Top military officers who get illegal orders from Hegseth and then pass those orders on down to junior officers and regular soldiers put soldiers at risk of being liable for following illegal orders. Shame on the top generals who do not have the guts to stand up to trump and protect their soldiers.

I think commentators are wrong about the Epstein email in which Epstein allegedly says to Maxwell that “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is Trump,” I think it clearly means that trump has not been revealed as another pedophile of young teens and possibly more exotic sex acts.

Unlike Biden who was afraid to confront Israel, trump is the first president to tell Netanyahu to stop bombing and accept peace. But trump did not do it to stop the genocide, he did it to make himself look good, maybe win a Nobel, and primarily because he smells money. And that is why it will fail.

The whole question of peace for the Palestinians depends on the US threatening Israel with withholding weapons and money. The fact that trump got us to this point with his lunacy and corrupt plans means very little if trump is unwilling to stop Netanyahu from seizing all of the Palestinians' land.

Today's Russian military is based on authoritarianism and cruelty and they are getting their asses kicked by a much smaller Ukraine army. Do we really want our US military to be remodeled on the Russian matrix of authoritarianism and cruelty. It does not seem to make for a good fighting force.
