Over my (inverted commas) "career", one of the main problems I've found with my line managers/bosses has been that invariably they have never heard of My Bloody Valentine or The 13th Floor Elevators.

So it is basically, a lack of respect.

To be honest I wouldn't notice if someone deposited £55,000 in my bank account either.

That's gone down as Guehi OG an no assist either for Solanke

I LOVE. I LOVE. LOVE ACTION.
I heard it in the pub a few years ago and I wanted to dance around the establishment.

Read this book too recently. Amazing it was such an interconnected scene.

Not sure I can beat Lazarus.
So I won't try.
A brilliant single here by C.P.Lee (RIP)
Gerry & The Holograms.

"The others are just fragments"

I used to go to CP Lee's lectures about music.

One of the greatest records of the 90s.
Not sure it's considered as such.
But it's an amazing achievement. I'd die a happy man if I:d made this tune up.

Boo Radleys "Lazarus"

Beat that fucker!

Absolutely brilliant record this, totally minimal backing, almost 15 years ahead of it's time. Marcia Griffiths "Running Away".

Sly and Robbie and the helm. RIP.

Zombies.
Everyone loves em.
Now.
This is a Bside, both sides are like Asides.
My favourite bit is the fade out coda, could listen to it looped for an hour
Can't decide which side I like better. Is this the dream?

I'm literally picking piles of records off the floor to avoid standing on them and playing some of them
Next is an absolute classic.
Probably one of the top 10 singles of the punk era for me.

From Zambia, WITCH are still performing and I've seen these guys. They made some amazing records in the 70s and their latest LP has it's moments too.
A highlight for me is Lazy Bones, a funky fuzz monster.

"I got a lot of songs but they're all in my head"
Exactly. Me three.

The Elastica debut LP is fantastic pop from start to finish.

There are hardly any records better than this. Maybe a handful. And that's debatable.

The fantastic 60s pop monster "Abba" (yep) by The Paragons.
A jangly delight. Original $$$$

I love the Bangles as much as Happy Mondays. All eras. Even Eternal Flame. Especially Eternal Flame. Such a great bit in it. Sounds like the Left Banke. Who obviously are the greatest band ever.

A masterpiece of music. A bit scuffed but if it wasn't then it wouldn't have lived through the era with me

Love giving this old boy a workout now and again. No reverb but no don't need any with such a lovely sound.
A massive fluke find at a carboot 15 years ago. Because it's small I presume the house clearance guy thought it was worth the price of a modern day practice amp.
