It’s 2010 - Talmadge Creek, Marshall, Michigan. On Sunday, July 25, an Enbridge pipeline ruptures and more than one million gallons of crude oil surge down Talmadge and into the Kalamazoo. The event becomes one of the worst inland oil spills of all time.

On September 13th, 2018, a chain of gas explosions occurred throughout Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts. As a result of this disaster, 30,000 residents were evacuated, 131 structures were damaged, 22 individuals were hospitalized, and 18-year-old Leonel Rondon lost his life.
