Where there is an immediate intention to provide a space that intentionally accepts submissions for demonstration, and allows membership to vote and participate voluntarily, these spaces also provide a regular means to gathering and discussion, which is a safeguard for the rights of those involved.

While the spaces themselves will serve to discuss submissions to the anonymized direct action forums as individual community spaces, and serve as unified fronts from which numbers may be sourced for protest, among the agreeing membership, these spaces also protect individual rights.

As a first-measure, establishing connections with existing political powers, if these powers are sensitive to and encouraging of direct action, may enhance the incentive for building the community space.

Upon the establishment of such community spaces, for a concerned individual, the first step would be to find their local community space, discuss the action considered and submit to the greater anonymized forum, whereupon the community space and other connected spaces would decide upon action.

Ideally, the functional service to protest would be the provision of regular direct-action community gatherings for given areas, which are sensitive to a greater anonymized forum. Too, every community area would have a delegation responsive to other community areas.

In this means of organization, the anonymous forum represents the freedom to propose protest ideas, while the existence of close community centres opted to join provides protection to the individual.

Perhaps connections between isolated subgroups of a community can encourage protests to grow - where a proposition may be entertained within one given community, the idea may nuclear around other community centres if they are connected.

After a discussion with the trusted group of individuals, the person may find that their group is willing and enthusiastic about organizing a similar protest for themselves.

One possibility for gathering vulnerable individuals who wish to demonstrate may be to establish safe spaces that are implicitly geared towards facilitating demonstration amongst members willing and wanting to organize.

While the formation of community and gatherings is crucial for the trust required for demonstration, the mobility-within-society required to form a sufficient network of relationships required to demonstrate may not be possible for everyone.
