With the changes to overtime this year, I would think it would be more advantageous to kick the ball rather than to receive if you win the coin toss. The second team knows what needs to be done because the first team cannot automatically win with a TD now.

Clearly this is a gross violation of the #NFL rules. It is rule 128.4 subsection C, paragraph 2 which says...
"Two shalt be the number thou shalt pump, and the number of the pumping shall be two. Three shalt thou not pump, neither pump thou one, excepting that thou then proceed to two."
