ironically, my meds make me sleep a lot more?
I slept 11 hours last night, and I start falling asleep at 10 pm, whereas I usually would stay up til 1-2am...not unwelcome, though!!

one of the best unexpected effect of my ADHD meds is truly how I just don't get angry for irrelevant shit anymore.
I used to spiral so hard for minor inconveniances (which would usually result in other unhealthy shit to cope), but now it kinda just bounces off me...that's truly amazing!!
