For months, Pro-Housing Pittsburgh has warned that if Inclusionary Zoning becomes a citywide mandate, it would make it harder to build housing, pushing up rents even higher.

On Wednesday, Council passed the Strassburger amendments, which address our concerns.

Let City Council know that Inclusionary Zoning favors existing landlords at the expense of renters. The hearing is tomorrow! (September 10th) Tell them to drop the poison pill from an otherwise great bill!

Anyone who cares about rents in Pittsburgh should let City Council know that they need to drop "Inclusionary Zoning" from an otherwise great bill! The hearing is September 10th!

If you need any evidence of how broken Pittsburgh's permitting process is, it took over two years to approve the Bakery Square expansion.

It's great that we're getting more jobs and apartments in East Liberty! But it shouldn't take this long to get approval.

Pitt is leasing hotel rooms for students this fall because there isn’t enough housing near campus.

When we block homes near campus, we shut the door on young people seeking opportunity. It's time to legalize homes for students!
