The painful & practical effects that tariffs have on the everyday entrepreneurs are substantial. For example, not having the surplus cash now required to pay for goods ordered from oversees, plus the tariffs can put a business out of business.

Why does the stock market historically perform better under Democratic presidents when compared with Republicans? The stock market collapses over the last 100 years —1929, 1973, 1987, and 2008 all occurred under Republican leadership.
