I've been asked to create an #UnrealEngine5 city gen using PCG. I've said not possible as I don't have the time, and it's very complex. But some things are already possible so... Would you like to see a series of me attempting it using PCG and blueprints?

I have a workflow to take character animations and render them in multiple directions at once in #UnrealEngine5. I use it for 8 directional sprites but you could use this to convert anything in Unreal into flipbooks. Is this something you guys would like to learn to do?

Been testing things for Sunday's #UnrealEngine 5.7 #PCG tutorial. One click vines that conform to the geo! Technically you specify the geo it conforms to, but it could be expanded to do any geo. I'll probably get that working by the tutorial too. :P

I have made an infinite #UnrealEngine #PCG wonderland. Load landscape, populate it, and have it literally be infinite in all directions!

And of course a tutorial will be coming for free on the channel on Sunday as always! :)

The new #UnrealEngine 5.7 #PCG Mode is really useful. This was a quick test for creating cables, or bridges if you wanted to, between areas. :)

One of these clusters was made by hand by the original artist that made the asset pack in #UnrealEngine. The others are all a #PCG graph that I created. Can you spot the original?

It's been a really l long time coming, but I finally have a proper hub for my game. Finished it today on stream!

I'll continue to build it over time, especially once I add NPCs, but for now it's done. :)

I released a video yesterday on filtering #UnrealEngine #PCG by the surface material (youtu.be/iUh73j_flZk).

I'm already trying to figure out how to filter by the actual RGB color value of the sampled texture so I could filter even further. 🤔

A small update for the #UnrealEngine #PCG cave system. Now with stalagmites and stalactites! And it's very customizable to boot. :D
