Interesting thing about my brain:
I always associate the Christmas season with Outlast.
I remember getting that game as a teenager and starting my playthrough almost immediately, finishing it the next day.
It was an oddly memorable Christmas experience, hahah.

I'm just saying, a more saturated, anime-inspired take on the Monster Hunter series could alleviate a lot of these optimization pains we've been experiencing with Wilds.
We could have bright, contrasty monster designs with gorgeous painted backgrounds to fight them over!!

I've been playing through Doom: The Dark Ages for the first time and I'm having a TON of fun with it
I think all 3 modern Doom titles have honestly knocked it out of the park, this is a remarkably strong and consistent series Id has crafted

I normally would choose to refrain from engaging with this sort of discourse but this is an issue that's extremely important to me
It really bums me out that people are so unwilling to criticize ARC Raiders for its usage of AI voice acting... especially AS a voice actor
Even outside of the ethical concerns I have about that, it's just not something I want to interface with as it's a fundamental betrayal of art
