The werewolf design focuses on the uncanny merging of man and wolf, leaving the creatures body primarily human while its posture is more wolf-like. The naked human skin is prominent and only patches of fur grows thick where this specific human would normally have hair growth; that being his beard, neck, arms, legs and crotch - and head hair, which seems to spread to become a bigger furry patch on the back. His face, hands and feet remain humanoid as well, but with a twisted werewolf anatomy added to them with the elongated limbs, longer muzzle, pointier ears and wolf-like teeth protruding from a lip-less mouth. The character has multiple scars across his body which seems to be highlighted by the hue of his sickly skin; some of the scars are self-inflicted, some made by monster hunters or other monsters.
