I know it’s bad for me and likely the root of many issues, but I cannot get myself to go to bed at a decent time. I don’t want my day to end and I don’t want the next day to start. I don’t want to go to work, so I stay up as late as possible. It only causes minor issues. Idk how to have discipline ☹️
