Historically there have been cultures that kept the remains of dead loved ones in the home with them. It will be interesting to see if our culture evolves in that direction except with digital remains.

Be careful buying audiobooks on Google Play (for public domain books, at least). They sell Librivox recordings, which are in the public domain and available for free at librivox.org. They also put a fake name as the reader instead of giving credit to the volunteer who made the recording.
