Huge news!!
A bill to incorporate the 2024 Title IX Regulations on supporting pregnant and postpartum students into state law was just introduced in CA!

#AB1098 is likely the nation's first--we hope to see more states join in this effort soon!

The Nat'l Center for Education Statistics' data tools are now offline.

We've lost critical info on how many students are in higher-ed, their demographics, and how they are faring.

**No data = no accountability**

Restore our public data, now!

The new excutive orders to dismantle DEI efforts in higher education and STEM are devastating.

While we plan for the fight ahead remember that supporting student parents is an effective and legal way for colleges to promote diversity and equity in higher ed.
