when i say "new kaiju" i just mean that it's good enough to show. i work on these on and off for long stretches of time so even the newest design i have is at least 2 years old (from the first sketch)

i really like the look of the shadow of the colossus artbook with the big spreads and the closeups on the ps2 quality models of the colossi. that and the pokemon ex card illustrations are two of the things i'm inspired by for my CGkaiju illustrations

some notions: Kaitengu, Zabudon and Sfigon have been around since 2014 and 2017 for the latter. they are related in their origin and cross paths in my OC world.
the thing i've been working on for the last couple of months features all three and is going to give an idea of the world they inhabit.
