Yesterday I went and looked at the public display for the National Gingerbread House Competition, and I’m pretty sure that this one in the child’s competition was supposed to be Jesus in the manger but to me it was giving Eraserhead baby.

I just went down a vintage candy rabbit hole and learned that Lucky Charms were first developed because a guy at General Mills cut up orange circus peanuts and put them in his Cheerios.

Like this movie has almost exactly the structure of a three episode arc of a forty five minute show. I don’t know how to change that now, it’s just sort of who I am and how I work at this point.

I’ve never noticed it until recently, but in a way starting out in comics broke my brain as a writer a little bit. Both in my book and this movie I’m working on I find myself approaching story very episodically because of it which I find interesting.

Started playing Siren tonight and I don’t think I’ve ever played a game before that is this uniquely tedious in its difficulty. But I’m finding it compelling enough to stick with it for now, the atmosphere is great.

Yeah! I have really loved both of the stories I’ve done in there so far, they have both been some of my favorite work from him that I’ve read. I loved that line as well

Also 9 times out of 10 if someone is using my government name and they aren’t talking directly to me or being kind I just assume they are a little psychotic/obsessive/sad and probably know way more about me than is healthy for them.

This person and I used to be mutuals, it’s quite frustrating to me how often I’m reduced to just this crazy radical scapegoat for so many people mainly for saying that good movies should generally, you know, actually be about something.

It’s really good! It is long and some episodes are a hard sit but for the most part it’s consistently quite fun
