Just under an hour to make caramel and custard for puddings and use the leftover egg whites to make a quick egg sandwich. Not bad.

Damn, no crispy skin on my turkey for me today. Shouldn’t have tented it in foil if the breast only needed an hour or so to hit temp.

Well, while I may not have been able to get the caramel right this time, I DID do pretty alright with the custard. Even with only 3 hours chilling in the fridge, it turned out very well. Nice smooth texture and JUST enough resistance to get a good jiggle.

Why do NONE of the recipes I found stipulate you can only make caramel sauce in a STAINLESS STEEL VESSEL! I lost Three Attempts because I was using a ceramic coated sauce pan. Thank god I still have plenty of sugar. I AM slowed however because my stainless is currently heating milk for custard.

I always knew Quest 64 was bad, but I never really understood just HOW BAD until this week.
DAY 2 OF THE TORMENT NEXUS IS DONE.
We looked under the hood. It is impossible to get all 98 spirits by leveling unless I were to kill about.... 6250 of the enemy with the MOST experience non stop.
We are now JUST collecting the overworld spirits. holy shit.

I haven’t even updated to Windows 25H2 yet, but the last round of security updates seem to have done some weird shit. Yesterday I had to do a log out/in to safely remove an external and today I had to hard shutdown to get audio to work.

You know, people in the Pokémon Legends ZA competitive scene like to poopoo using alphas because of the bigger hitbox, but there is something incredible about getting smacked by a truly massive dragonite. Also, alphas generally require less investment due to having 3-4 perfect IVs.
