Hier eine forensische Analyse des deutschen Arbeitswahnsinns als Mega-Thread. Viel Spaß.

Einleitung: Diagramm mit "Breakeven-Point" einer fiktiven Vier Tage-Woche.
### Titel und allgemeiner Aufbau Die Grafik trägt den Titel **„Die Produktivitätsschere in Deutschland (1991–2023)“**. Es handelt sich um ein Liniendiagramm mit zwei Datenreihen und einer hervorgehobenen Differenzfläche. Die **X-Achse** bildet den Zeitraum von **1991 bis 2023** ab. Die **Y-Achse** zeigt einen **Indexwert**, wobei das Basisjahr 1991 auf **100** gesetzt wurde. ### Die Datenreihen Es werden zwei Entwicklungen gegenübergestellt: 1. **Arbeitsproduktivität (Rote Linie):** * Startet 1991 bei einem Indexwert von **100,0**. * Steigt kontinuierlich und deutlich an. * Erreicht im Jahr 2005 den Wert **126,2**. * Endet im Jahr 2023 bei einem Wert von **148,4**. * Dies entspricht einer Steigerung der Produktivität um fast **50 %** über den Gesamtzeitraum. 2. **Reallöhne (Blaue Linie):** * Startet 1991 ebenfalls bei **100,0**. * Verläuft sehr flach im Vergleich zur Produktivität. * Liegt im Jahr 2005 bei nur **105,8**. * Endet im Jahr 2023 bei **109,8**. * Die Reallöhne sind in 32 Jahren somit nur um knapp **10 %** gestiegen. ### Die „Produktivitätsschere“ Der Bereich zwischen der roten und der blauen Linie ist **hellgrau schattiert**. In der Legende wird diese Fläche als **„Die Schere (Abschöpfung)“** bezeichnet. Sie verdeutlicht die wachsende Kluft zwischen dem, was erwirtschaftet wird (Produktivität), und dem, was bei den Arbeitnehmern ankommt (Reallohn). ### Besondere Markierung und Text In der Mitte des Diagramms (Jahr **2005**) ist eine vertikale, grün gestrichelte Linie eingezeichnet. Ein dicker schwarzer Pfeil weist auf den Datenpunkt der Arbeitsproduktivität in diesem Jahr (126,2). * Daneben steht der erklärende Text: **„4-Tage-Woche ökonomisch neutral möglich (Level 1991)“**. * Die Aussage hierbei ist, dass bereits im Jahr 2005 die Produktivität so hoch war, dass man bei einer Reduzierung der Arbeitszeit auf 4 Tage immer noch das wirtschaftliche Niveau (Output) des Jahres 1991 hätte halten können.
