Yesterday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit blocked more than 1.1 million patients from using their Medicaid insurance at Planned Parenthood health centers. In doing so, the court is putting as many as 200 Planned Parenthood health centers at risk of closure.

Remember - - you can still get all of the same services you always have at Planned Parenthood and right now, there are no changes to care for Medicaid patients at PPGNY. The “defund” provision has been blocked and care continues.
Update: WE WON! A federal judge has fully blocked the “defunding” provision targeting care at Planned Parenthood health centers. This means that while this case continues, so does your access to care.
