The Massey Tower, on #Toronto’s Yonge Street, is an award-winning project by Hariri Pontarini #Architects and MOD Developments. Completed in 2019, the 60-storey #tower rises behind two #heritage landmarks: the Canadian Bank of Commerce (1905) & the Imperial Bank of Canada (1907). #TorontoHeritage

#Toronto Coach Terminal at 610 BaySt was completed in 1931 &originally operated by Gray Coach Lines. Designed by #architect Charles B Dolphin, this Art Deco #heritage bldg is characterized by its symmetrical façade, strong vertical pilasters, stylized geometric ornamentation & grand central archway.

#heritage bldg at 115 Bond St was originally blt in1897 as Holy Blossom Temple. Designed by John Siddall it stands as one of the few examples of Byzantine-inspired #architecture in the city. H.B. relocated to a new bldg at1950 Bathurst in the1930s & bldg was converted into a Greek Orthodox #church

Devonian Pond at #TMU is a modernist #landscape designed in 1978 by Richard Strong with sculptural contributions by Gerard Gladstone. Framed by cobblestone paving, dense groves of honey locust trees & massive glacial boulders the oval-shaped pond provides a reflective oasis within the urban campus.
